Overview
Products is the catalog you offer to buyers. Keep product descriptions, purchasing denominations, prices, availability, and approvals accurate so buyers can place orders without guessing.
Create a product
- Open Products and the create-item action.
- Enter Product Name, SKU, description, pack size, size, price, and minimum order quantity.
- Add the image or spec sheet where relevant.
- Review Available for Sale and Requires Approval.
- Save and inspect the product in your catalog.
Add variants
Use the variant action for another purchasing format of the same underlying product. Review each variant's SKU, price, MOQ, pack, and size. Distinct pack formats must remain distinguishable to buyers and fulfillment staff.
Import or build a larger catalog
Use the ERP-import or catalog-builder workflow offered for your account. Review proposed products and mappings before saving. If a product already exists, connect or update it rather than creating a second catalog record for the same SKU.
Organize and price
Assign categories and tags so buyers can find the product. Use pricing tiers or buyer-specific overrides through the supported pricing workflow. The base catalog price and a buyer's relationship price are not necessarily the same.
Pallet configuration
For products using pallet rules, review cases per layer (Ti), layers per pallet (Hi), and partial or mixed-layer allowances. Check these against how your warehouse actually packs the product.
Before making it available
Review the storefront product and the buyer relationship. A catalog item marked for approval may still need a buyer-product approval before it can be ordered.
