Overview
Your storefront gives buyers a customer-facing way to browse and order. Supported payment processing is configured separately from catalog availability, relationship pricing, and order status.
Prepare the storefront
- Open Home and review Storefront Readiness.
- Complete the listed business, branding, and product setup.
- Check buyer-specific approvals, prices, and payment terms.
- Copy the storefront link and review it as a buyer before sharing it.
Connect payment processing
Use the Payment Processing section on Home where it is offered and complete the Stripe connection. Check that the connected account belongs to the intended business. Some ERP workflows change whether this section appears.
Review an order's payment
Open the order and inspect the Payment panel. Review the amount, amount paid, remaining amount, payment terms, invoice reference, and history. A partial payment is different from a fully settled order.
Request or collect payment
Use Send Payment Link to request payment where available. If charging an authorized saved method, review the selected method and amount before confirming. Saving a buyer payment method through its setup-link workflow does not itself charge the buyer.
Credits and refunds
Review the available credit-note or payment-history actions and distinguish a credit from a physical stock return. Read the effect and amount of any payment action before confirming, then check the resulting history and invoice balance.
If payment fails or is uncertain
Read the provider result and inspect payment history before retrying. Check the remaining amount rather than charging the full original order again after a partial payment. Contact support with the order reference and displayed issue, without including card numbers or connection secrets.
