Overview
Reporting is available through the relevant operational screens and Insights. The current portal does not have a separate Reports tab. Use the export action for the records you need.
Export a working list
- Open Purchase Orders, Suppliers, Items, or Recipes/Assemblies as appropriate.
- Choose the business unit and review the filters and selection.
- Use the available export action.
- Review the downloaded columns, quantities, currency, and date range before sharing or using the file elsewhere.
Check the export dialog for its actual scope. The screen's currently visible rows and a full filtered export are not always the same set.
Download order documents
Use the PO's download action for a purchasing document. Receiving checklists and packing slips are separate documents for their specific operational tasks. Keep the right document with the right audience.
Create an Insights report
Ask a question with a clear unit and date range, review its sources and result, then use the available save-report action. Recheck data when using an older saved result for a new decision.
Use exports as information, not automatic sync
Downloading a file does not update an accounting system, POS, supplier, or inventory balance. Use the relevant integration, import, receiving, or editing action when you intend to change those records.
If the report looks incomplete
Check selected unit, supplier access, archive filters, date range, missing mappings, and pending sync. Verify a few records against the original order or item before concluding that a missing row means no activity happened.
