Overview
Buyer Shopify sales integration and supplier Shopify ERP setup are different connections. Choose the workflow for the account you are configuring.
Buyer: connect the Shopify store
- Open Home and choose Shopify in the sales/POS section.
- Review any extra-connection billing confirmation.
- Follow the LineNow app-installation action offered by the dialog and authorize the intended Shopify store.
- Return to LineNow and check the connection indicator.
- Import or link products, suppliers where supported, and the relevant provider location or business-unit mappings.
For retail, review procurement packs and linked sellable variants. For dropship, review the supplier-specific unit and routing before creating purchasing work from sales.
Supplier: connect Shopify ERP
- Open Home's ERP section and Connect Shopify ERP.
- Follow the dialog's customer-owned-app setup in Shopify's Dev Dashboard. Use the store owner's organization or an administrator with app-development permission.
- Enter the app's Client ID and app automation token, then use Deploy app setup. Review the custom-distribution setup specified by the dialog.
- Complete the installation step described in the dialog.
- Enter the store's myshopify.com domain and app client secret, then choose Verify and save.
- Review customer and product mappings before syncing orders.
The app setup controls the scopes, redirect URL, webhooks, and non-embedded mode required by this supplier workflow. Follow the live dialog rather than substituting credentials from an unrelated public app.
If sync looks wrong
Check the connected store, product variant, business-unit mapping, and stock/cost sync settings. Supplier Shopify ERP can change which separate payment or fulfillment controls appear on Home. Do not maintain competing fulfillment records for the same shipment.
