Overview
NetSuite accounting and NetSuite ERP purchasing are separate uses. Choose the connection for the workflow you need. Procure to Produce uses the ERP connection and keeps physical inventory, receiving, and costs in NetSuite.
Prepare with your NetSuite administrator
Use the setup checklist in the NetSuite dialog. It calls for REST Web Services and OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials, an integration/application, and a role/entity mapping for the public certificate generated by LineNow. Review the role's access to the vendors, materials, locations, and records required by your use.
Complete the connection
- Open Home's Accounting or ERP section and choose NetSuite.
- Enter the Account ID and OAuth Client ID.
- Generate the public certificate through the dialog and have the administrator upload and map it in NetSuite.
- Enter the returned NetSuite Certificate ID.
- Save and review the connected account and certificate information.
Use the certificate generated for this connection. The matching private key is retained by LineNow and is not prefilled back into the dialog.
Finish ERP purchasing setup
Create the Procure to Produce business unit with its ERP location. Import or map suppliers to NetSuite vendors and purchasing items to NetSuite materials. Review any additional-cost mapping needed by the PO.
Resolve sync review
- Open the PO's ERP-review panel.
- Resolve listed supplier, item, cost-name, or provider-rejection issues.
- Choose Retry ERP sync.
- Review the result in both the PO and NetSuite.
Cancellation and credential changes
If LineNow is cancelled but NetSuite cancellation failed, finish the ERP-review recovery rather than assuming both records closed. Use Replace Credentials only for an intentional credential change and keep the account/role scope correct.
