Overview
Supplier ERP connections support the catalog, customer, and order workflows offered for each provider. Complete the mappings after connection so LineNow knows which ERP records correspond to your buyer relationships and products.
Connect the provider
- Open supplier Home's ERP Integrations section.
- Choose the provider available to your account.
- Complete its authorization or credential setup for the intended company.
- Return to Home and check the connection.
Business Central and SOS Inventory use their authorization workflows. QuickBooks ERP uses the company-context setup. Shopify ERP and ShipStation ERP have their own credential procedures. Use their dedicated guides for those steps.
Map buyers and products
- Open the buyer relationship and connect it to the correct ERP customer.
- Import or map the supplier products to the corresponding ERP items.
- Review company, location, selling-channel, and payment-term settings where the provider requires them.
- Review the relationship's automatic ERP-send setting before enabling it.
Review each order's result
Check the created ERP reference or reported issue. A connected provider and a completed customer mapping do not prove every product on an order is mapped. Resolve the whole order before treating it as successfully synced.
Inventory ownership
Connected inventory ERPs can determine supplier stock authority and lock competing LineNow Inventory Tracking. Maintain the source stock in its owning system.
If a sync fails
Check provider company, customer mapping, product identity, terms, and any required location or selling-channel association. Review the ERP for a partially completed operation or existing order before retrying.
