Overview
The Amazon connection authorizes the intended Seller Central account for LineNow's supported sales-channel workflow. Finish product and business-unit mapping after authorization.
Connect Amazon
- Open Home and choose Amazon.
- Review any extra-connection billing confirmation.
- Complete the Seller Central authorization opened by LineNow.
- Return to Home and check the connected indicator.
Map the working products
- Select the business unit that uses the Amazon channel.
- Import or link the supported products.
- Review the sales-channel product/SKU identity, purchasing item, supplier, and pack conversion.
- Check related sales-order activity before creating purchasing work.
Review sales, refunds, and fulfillment
Use Sales Orders to inspect supported Amazon order and refund activity. Review the channel location, fulfillment context, and existing PO coverage. A channel record should not be assumed to represent stock physically held in every business unit.
If an order or item is missing
Check the Seller Central account authorized, business-unit mapping, SKU identity, permissions, and sync result. Review the provider error before reconnecting or importing the same records again.
Before disconnecting
Read the disconnect and billing notice, then review the purchasing and sales workflows that depend on the channel. Disconnecting the account is different from correcting one product's mapping.
