Overview
Start from the work you want LineNow to support, then choose the appropriate connection on Home. A provider connection and a completed operational mapping are different steps.
Buyer connections
| Connection group | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Point of Sale and sales channels | Supported product, sales, and inventory workflows for Square, Shopify, Lightspeed, Lightspeed R-Series, Faire, Amazon, Toast, Clover, and eligible accounting-based channels. |
| Accounting | Supported vendor, item, or document handoff workflows with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, and Moon Invoice. |
| ERP | ERP-owned stock and purchasing for Procure to Produce, including the NetSuite ERP workflow. |
| Communication | Gmail, Microsoft 365, and WhatsApp for supported supplier conversations and order capture. |
Supplier connections
Supplier Home provides the supported ERP, communication, shipping, and payment options for your account. ERP examples include QuickBooks ERP, Business Central, SOS Inventory, ShipStation ERP, and Shopify ERP. Shipping and payment processing are separate from those catalog and customer connections.
Connect and finish setup
- Open Home in the intended buyer or supplier account.
- Choose the provider in the group for the work you need.
- Complete authorization or the provider-specific credential form.
- Review any added-connection billing confirmation.
- Return to Home and check the connection status.
- Complete location, supplier, item, recipe, or customer mappings before expecting the related workflow to operate.
Check provider differences
Not every provider supports the same data or write actions. Toast is read-only in its current Standard API integration. Faire represents brand-side wholesale sales, rather than a retailer's supplier purchases. Procure to Produce keeps physical receiving and costs in the ERP.
Before disconnecting
Review which workflows and paid connection slots use the account. Read the disconnect confirmation and effective billing date. Reconnecting is not a general repair for incorrect mappings or duplicate records.
