Overview
Your sign-in identifies you as a person. Your business account determines whether you are buying from suppliers or selling to buyers. A person can belong to more than one business account.
Create your first business account
- Open LineNow's sign-up page and enter your Full name, Work email, and Password. Complete any email-confirmation step shown.
- When the business registration form appears, choose Buyer if you purchase from suppliers, or Supplier if you sell products to buyers.
- Enter the registered Business Name. Buyers can also enter a Trade Name.
- Choose Continue, then complete the setup on Home.
Join an existing team
Use your invitation rather than creating a second business for the same team. Sign in with the invited email address, then accept the invitation. The account chooser also shows pending invitations with a Join action.
Switch between accounts
- Open the account chooser.
- Find the business you want to work in. The active business is marked Current.
- Choose Open for another account. Check the business name and selected business unit before making changes.
Use Create Account in the chooser when you need a genuinely separate business account. Creating another business unit inside a buyer account is a different action.
Reset a forgotten password
Use the password-reset option on the sign-in screen and follow the email link. Enter and confirm a new password on the reset page. If the page says the link is invalid or expired, request a fresh link instead of reusing the old one.
If you cannot access a page
Confirm that you signed in with the invited email and opened the correct account. Ask an Owner to check your business-unit and supplier access. Inventory-only teammates may land directly on Inventory; a teammate with no assigned access sees the no-access screen.
