Overview
A supplier storefront lets you browse that supplier's catalog and place orders using the relationship and checkout options available to you.
Sign in or finish your profile
Use the storefront's sign-in or account prompts. If asked to finish your business profile, complete the requested business and delivery details. The pricing and ordering options can depend on your buyer relationship and product approvals.
Build the cart
- Browse categories or search for the product.
- Open product details and check pack, size, price, MOQ, and availability.
- Select the product or variant and quantity.
- Review the cart before opening checkout.
Review checkout
Check business identity, delivery information, ordered packs, totals, notes, and the available payment or term options. Complete any required approval or account information instead of trying to bypass a restricted product.
After placing the order
Review the confirmation and order history. Keep the order reference or live order link so you can follow status and documents. A payment-cancel screen is not a reliable substitute for checking whether an order record exists; review the order and payment result before placing it again.
Use previous orders
The storefront can provide order history or previously ordered items to help you reorder. Review current prices, pack sizes, and quantities rather than assuming a repeated selection is identical to last time.
If a product or price is missing
Check the supplier, signed-in buyer account, relationship approval, product approval, and availability. Contact the supplier when access or terms need to change.
