Overview
Branding options let you present your business's logo and, where enabled, use a custom domain for supported customer-facing links and emails. Supplier storefront brand assets and buyer white-label settings serve different parts of the experience.
Update your logo or storefront images
- Open Home and find the relevant branding section.
- Choose the logo or cover-image update action.
- Upload the image in the format and size accepted by the form.
- Save, then review the customer-facing page where that asset appears.
Set up a custom domain
- Check that the White Label Domain feature is enabled for your account.
- Enter the domain in the white-label setup form.
- Open DNS Records for that domain and copy the exact records LineNow provides.
- Have the person who manages your DNS add those records.
- Return to LineNow and use the verification action. Wait for DNS and certificate setup to complete before distributing the new links.
What to check before using it
Test a live order link and, for suppliers, the storefront. Confirm that the logo, domain, and contact details belong to the intended business. A domain setting does not grant teammates new permissions or change the buyer/supplier account type.
If verification fails
Check the record name and value exactly as displayed, including whether your DNS provider appends the root domain. Ask your DNS administrator to check for conflicting records and retry verification after propagation. Use the records generated for your account rather than copying another business's values.
