Overview
Your subscription screen shows the plan, billing status, and paid features available to your account. Review the amounts and effective dates shown there before confirming a change.
Review your subscription
- Open Home and find the subscription card.
- Check the current plan, trial information, and next billing date.
- Review the business units and extra POS connections included in the account's billing.
- Use the available subscription or billing action to manage the plan.
Business-unit billing
Billing follows the account's pricing arrangement. Under per-unit billing, active non-dropship units occupy individual slots, while dropship units share a bundled slot. An archived unit can remain billable through the period already paid for. Existing accounts with legacy pricing may behave differently.
When creating a business unit would increase a current subscription, LineNow presents a billing confirmation. Read it before continuing; creating another unit is not always a free organizational change.
Optional features
The subscription card can include Remove Branding, White Label Domain, Forecast & Reorder, Regulated Items, Landed Costs, and extra POS connections. The card shows whether a feature is available, in trial, enabled, or scheduled to end.
Enable or cancel an add-on
- Find the feature on the subscription card or its feature gate.
- Read the displayed price, trial terms, and next charge or cancellation date.
- Confirm the change only when it matches what you want.
- Return to the feature and check its access status.
If billing does not look right
Check the account you opened, the number and types of billed units, any units archived during the current period, and extra POS connections. Contact support with the displayed billing information and the business names involved. Do not include card details or integration secrets in a support ticket.
